again not trying to sound like anyone special...BUT..the way I see it is this in every company/organisation there will be someone who ultimately has the nod for paying or not paying...

Once this person has been identified...the rest is just a formality...the quitter the word the more impact from the correct people...

again not trying to sound like anything special im not...but genuinely if you know people these things can be sorted...for 19k theres people who wont even raise there voice and would take a 2k cut just for mentioning there names for 5 mins work...

Il tell you this though leeb02...it may be my upbringing but id rather have alittle stint trying than be gutted for yrs thinking that someones had me over...

Im afraid im of that ilt where the pride would hurt more than the money....never been afraid to cross the line if you know what I mean...
 
curry trust me on this one i know its 19k but if they are your family they will understand, you have lost your family, never EVER turn away from your own family (wife and chid) especially when its just over moeny, what do you think will happen later on down the line if things dont sort them selves out "mummy whys daddy not with us" "he gave up on us when he became too busy chasing money darlin".
trust me if you have a 14 month old you have missed alot and your priorities are all wrong dont take that offensively but your child is your world not your money
 
Used the speed skim for the first time this afternoon lads, seems canny even though the stud work was like a dogs back leg!

Ha ha! **** why can't i come up under something like...i don't know.... '**** hot plastering'!!?? Speaking of which i got some pics of the worst plastering job I've ever seen. I had to go over this blokes work a few months ago it was a nightmare. I spent a whole day just chipping stuff back and ripping out skew beading etc. I'll post the pics
