Scissor lift would be alot easier,safer and probably cost no more than the scaffolding,besides even if it did sounds like the (french word)er can afford!

hows about that for a rolling guage ;D f'ck me, you could mix up on a scissor lift, get the lab to trundle it round, be a right laff and dead easy... even easier with 2... one mixing and laying on, one following trowelling up... drop back round, crash it into something expensive whilst looking up.. ;D
did that once fitting windows... :-[
get the deisel one, 10x quicke than the electric version, and doesnt run out of charge halfway up.. :
