I agree with you here.
I always say the best tool in the armoury for the machine world is experience. And this isn’t something that comes quickly.
The difficult thing about training is a famous thing called Cognitive Overload. We could make a whole day course on it, but, it would simply be a waste of time (we can say this from experience as well).
What we prefer to do is; intensive course on how to setup and clean the machine correctly whilst setting material consistency, focus on a couple of key problems often experience - water shortage and air blockage.
Obviously when you think about cognitive overload, you then limit what’s included in the course. This is why we always offer multiple return visits free of charge. We are always happy to welcome people back for retraining!
