Hi; new member here...been looking at forum for some time now....... finally signed up!!
Amature plasterer about to go proffesional......so wish me luck?
Little problem I keep experiencing is I often get 'messy' finish on internal ceiling angles.
Its on second coat skim and like dry first coat 'pulling' into second coat.
Rest of wall fine.....but I then have to waste time sanding these areas!! :-X
Any suggestions?
Cheers

You,ll eventually learn to "push" the plaster into the edge with the trowel and pull away from edge.  2 edges (Corners) suck the water out quicker than 1 edge.
I always PVA around edges last and often 3 times, to help control suction.
I also have a good quality stainless steel scraper to clean off and tidy the edge not being plastered. Spray a little water into edge when trowelling up.

It takes a little patience, practice, knowledge and experience. Good Luck, Mark

Welcome to the forum,

Corners used to be a pain in the ass for me but then I discovered the corner trowel..... I can sling a lot more on now that I use thecorner trwel!

Cheers

Danny
