Hello there,

just like to say hello.

I have been a plasterer for many years now, ( the bike cog years and the rake, the wooden derby and the crossgrain wooden float, and dont forget the trusted black Ragni trowel ) were the most painful, but things got better over the years, and still at it now, but it keeps me fit (ish)

Personally I'm a young and sprightly 56, so have no idea about these ancient artifacts you mention. Cough, cough.
 
your username is more fitting to the new generation of spreads today, not someone who apparently has been doing it for many years

Thanks for the very warm welcome guys,

I thought the username might raise one or two eyebrows , but I have a true story to tell.

I have actually seen this 1coat performed, I personally witnessed this with my own eyes, he was a man just like you and me, but he made evil magic by using the 1coat, the day I witnessed this was a sad day, he obviously put some kind of spell on me, as I could see no difference between his work and my work, may the lord forgive me for saying that but its true, I know the difference between right and wrong but I cannot explaine it,

I think its only right that you hear my confession.

In the years of 2005 ,2006 and 2007 That I, a Plasterer of high quality workmanship did use the 1coat on site work.

I am so sorry if I have offended other plasterers but I could see no wrong in this at the time, I feel I have been punished enough over the last few years, my body has weakened with age and I can no longer perform my duties as a plasterer in the way I used to.

For my mortal sins I have been banished to the ranks of a common patcher,

I often look back on the day I started using the 1coat, and if I could turn the clock back 15 years would I use it again?--------- Too Damn Right I Would.

They were shite years in the trade them prices hit the floor every f**k*r one coated then me included fuk em
