Hi me and the lads are work got mtec 200 sprayer and was wondering if you guys would advice us using a 20 metre hose we only been using machine for a week or. We tried the other day and it just was not coming out the hose at all we are using Webber chalk and just would love to advice for newbies to the machine. We keep having problems with water and air pressures and we run the machine at speed 3 as advised to us. as we are all new to the spraying life cheers in advance

Are you getting gear through the pressure plate before you attach the mortar hose and if so are you priming the mortar hose before you try and run gear through it

Like elite said mate run just water through the pink before you put any gear in then just run a couple of handfuls of gear though without the hose on before you start just to prime it, and run water through the hose before you start and dunk your gun in your water barrel

If it’s any consolation we’ve all been there, could be a number of issues.

It's definitely not the product weber is pretty much the best gear to use with machines It's something you are not doing right on setup

What speed is yours on when u setting up the consistency of material etc

I use pft machines but if you are having problems just go and see them then you'll know what you are doing wrong

Make sure you lube up material hose, prime chamber probably and start up full speed.
