Give the price,and they want to get another quote.Told them fair enough, and they are entitled to do so.

Just waiting now for a price war...**** that if someone wants to do the job for sfa not bothered.

They have no clue whats the job entails and think they can do the whole house for a few hundred lol...i'm best out of it.

Yeah and patched the walls.The job is ready to just walk in hit and go.

I feel ive set the job up for someone else to work for a silly price, so with that do feel a bit put out.I even lowered my original price, because of the vibes they were giving.They looked at me as if i was ripping them off.

Well my original was £ 740 with materials, that includes boarding landing ceiling.

After stripping the paper and listening to them bitch about money , i changed my mind on the spot, and said 640 with materials.He said whats the price without boarding and doing the ceiling.I said that be 600, and i cant go lower than that.Ive not heard back, and the wife told me to fook him off if he calls we dont need the hassle to be honest.

I have a render job and odd n ends to do in the meantime, but if they call i will do the job.I wont turn down work, but i'm starting to worry that people expect you to work cheaply for what is at the end of the day a skilled job.

I didn't tell them the original price, but changed my mind at the last.Not to bothered to be honest, but i'm curious to what the final price will be.There is no way i see anyone going in 550 or less.

Yeah i was getting that feeling.They wanted me to delegate everything.Find sparks, chippies, plumbers...cheeky f**k*r even asked me how much would a spark price to chase in a few sockets..how the feck do i know.

All this fuss over a poxy h/s/l ....They wanted the whole house doing, and render the back of the house....they will never get anything done piiising around like that.

What do you prefer ?.Ive used shotguns, but would rather use Air rifle just for the challenge and quietness of it.

You enjoy field sports, and fishing ?.

I kinda grew up around it.

my cousin knows the bloke who owns diggerland and hes gonna ask him if i can go to the one at whitwood and shoot it, theres 70+ acres behind it

its not my trowel arm mate, its my left and the rifles doesnt have any recoil well none youd notice because its gas filled :RpS_wink:
