New Tools to buy? And more

Roof battens, please tell me you're not serious?
Tried few different methods, ct1 pboard in Web dab out from there, 3" x 2" or 4" x 2" same as roof batten method, but I find roof battens (red ones 50 x 25 mm) work the best as hammer in flush with edges of rsj, tack a pboad onto them the double it up with another pboard.
9 out of 10 times the builders have got the steel in pissed so end up having to dab the second layer of pboard to the first then half tack through with longer screws, then nip them up when the dabs gone off.

Scabbling paint to receive new silicone finish.

Fast and efficient.

Would have gone through a few diamond blades by now.

55m² today of pargetting (high spots and paint) and still on the first blade. Not soft render either.

I'll attach the link.
Bargain people - bargain.

Hilti mate.

If I don't have that one, my back up is a metabo.

Then quite a long way back to Milwaukee then Makita and DeWalt.

Bosch after them.

I have had all of these - all in small 4" guise.
And knocked the b*ll***s out of each. Looked after them - just worked them hard. No slamming them down or dropping and no work or let them near rain etc.

Just bought a dust scrubber was 1K but great in peoples houses when mixing up...don't have to wear my mask all day house air is clean after mixing with in 5 mins. Festool insulation saw and cordless mixer next on the list.

Let’s have a look at it.

Metre wide scrim and socket boxes . Tools also. Ellis building products . Used a couple of times. Nice tool selection as well.

(Flag) Slab cutting for a small retaining wall.

(40min round trip to lock up and back to grab a big grinder)
Couldn't afford the time yesterday, so used the little grinder for just the 4 cuts.
I think I burnt the little fella out.
Purchased in 2011, not bad innings.
They want £215 plus vat to replace.

Shot to Wickes £70 (10% tradepro) to £63 for this.

9" German design it says

If you squint hard - they are basically Hilti.

We'll see how she goes.
(Here's a pic of me trying to breed them.)

I'm not really caring about that.
Probably only come out 3 or 4 times a year.

Today, it has already earned its money - and some......

It's very powerful, and there was zero vibration to the handle.

Whilst packing it away, I read the box and found that the handle turns/rotates for easier grinding.

AFTER doing all the work.
