he has stables and workshop in the woods,,,,its on an estate,,17acre fully stocked lake,,best place to put it when it was delivered

the workshop is like a mini builders merchants,,plasterboards stacked here n there , bags of lime cement plaster and a load of benches with chippie machinery and that jazz,,plastered his house 20+ years ago and have maintained it since,,done all his cellars 2 years ago,,hes forever doing stuff hence the workshop
