[The Paradigm Plasterer]

Good morning ladies and gents,

I have been a plasterer for 22 years and have been asked to provide a square m2 price to plaster (MF)ceilings in a hotel. I haven't done price since 2019 (£4.50m2) and things have changed massively so I'm looking for what the prices are nowadays, we're based in the North east but the job is in North Yorkshire. Any help would be much appreciated .

Supply and fit or labour only, Weekly ,monthly or 3 monthly payments. Hight of ceilings. Are you skimming someone else's boarding? Travelling time and fuel costs. Run a financial check on the contractor. As you can see there are too many variables.

Thanks for your reply Malc, I'm just looking for a upto date price, I can work out the variables once I have a ballpark figure as to whether it's going to be worth it
