Isn,t the Primastar a Vivaro in disguise?

I have had Cabstars since 89 and they are good but the electrics could be better and original parts are a mint. Not that I hardly need them but my last Cabstar needed a window switch at £190 + vat £125 secondhand, £160 for a horn beam ring (air bag device). I have them from new, do about 4k miles over 6 years then get shut.

like said low miles is not a good thing. A lot of stop starting and cold starts is no good.

most modern engines are good for 200K these days... regular oil changes will help keep it mechanically sweet and cleaning out wheel arches of road shite and undersealing and generally good maintenance is the way to keep them going :-)
