I always use angle trowels,we used to complete three flats a week ,patching and skim on refurbs,£7500 a week less materials and wages for a plasterer and a labourer always seemed right to me at the time.. Some on here think they have joined a cult ,basically its what works for the individual plasterer and his clients.

Yeh. I always use mine too when I'm skimming two 100 bed hotels in a week no lab. 20 grand wage a week plus materials.:RpS_biggrin:
could be without it:rolleyes)

See, a kindred spirit, not.. I was referring to the good days, not the days of 1mm skim ,sponge finish,£1,70 a metre .

dont tell me you are one of those chancers who doesnt put a coat over his scrim before skimming especially usefull at making a much easier and nicer finish.
i get why you are confused now

mate you must be trolling me right!?!?

lol

do you know how to plaster? scrim up room, apply plaster etc... 2 coat work, lay down in beteen coats etc....

you gotta get out of yanky land fella, those guys cant help shooting them selves ,what can you learn from that!? lol

do what you like, not using a corner trowel when you can, makes no sense to me.
