And others showing stock. Maybe others too but not around me

Nothing at B&Q in UK according to stock map
Huntingdon sold out in 20 Min lol

2 separate visits to B&Q and seen 4 lorrys offload. I was positive there would be one with the gold powder on but nope. Sat in the building section watching. Wasn't there long fortunately. They pulled back skirts and mostly kitchen ware and soil. Cement and cheap paint. That was it. Also tried two building merchants. That's it. No more deliveries this week. Side note. Store are looking empty around me. It's going to cause problems soon. Rough saw timber section was empty

I saw a p**i on fb with 15 bags of multifinish in his Vauxhall zafira dated into the end of september can only assume it's new stock as the pictures was of the stuff in his car then back at his house all for £25 quid a bag the w**k*r

HEMEL HEMPSTEAD Wickes showing over 500 bags

Fareham over 1000 bags? Is that right....

Anyone brave enough to jump in van and drive and get some. I've tried this but no stock one Saturday morning but with B&Q. I'm thinking I can't face 100mile round trip for nothing

Thing is hiw can anyone forward plan there jobs with such shortages...thats like a sparky only being allowed a packet of cable clips!

Well they said its been going quick but this delivery has been hanging around for a few days. My advice is to call in and ask what's happening with the supply chain. What else can you do. I figure either there is a slowing in demand or trades have lost hope and not looking.. Maybe.. Keep the faith.

447 bags in Wickes Warrington lads
Take your mrs kids parents distant relatives and give them a trolley each
Don’t forget your masks
Happy days

Instead?

Theres far mote to it than that
Is it the be all and end all if your getting paid anyway? Isn't this what the second grant is for? We are getting paid 70% of our income.work 2 or 1 day a week.if your work clients are builders tell them to source the materials? If your just a Mrs davenport living room type of plasterer just tell them you can't get materials.you are getting paid to sit on your bottom and do nothing.and if you can't source plaster for being part time for the time being well that says it all on how you have run a buisness these past years

It is what it is..we are in a pandemic,if you can't keep your lads ticking over this is what the 70% is for.if there was no grant then yes I can see where your coming from.everyone is effected be it roofers, window fitters, bricklayers etc.you are getting paid £1000s for doing f**k all,cut your work supply down until the gear comes back and stop stressing about anything you can't control
