Oh look a 50+ m2 lounge I did, notice its all the same colour thats because its on in one hit.

But you didn't answer my question!

Do you stumble over a scaffold or keep taking your stilts on & off?

A photo proves nothing!

What I don't get is, if you can spread yourself about, why wouldn't you?

Sorry for the 2 month delay in replying ... been too busy for twatting around on here!

Scottie thats a fair size hit to do on your own (sorry first time seeing this thread ) you obviously work yourself hard fair play , its a little scruffy around the skirting line but fair play to your levels of energy :RpS_thumbup: out of interest is that site work ? and do you do that and more in a day ?

I've Always worked on my own apart from occasional apprentice, although last year or so I've Had my old man with me part time, although he's retiring this year so will be back on my own again.
5" skirtings going down :-) so there well covered.

Give me 5 ceilings a week and I'm happy!!
ceilings hold their price but walls people think £20 a wall.........ahhhh I don't think so darling

i got some info from my local collage yesterday about the nvq for painting and decorating thinking it can be done in the pathetic time that a plastering nvq can be done........
nvq level 1 36 weeks, nvq level 2 36 weeks, nvq level 3 36 weeks thats 2 days a week so thats 43 weeks to get qualified level 3 painter or 8 weeks to be a plasterer :RpS_confused:

I think you have been given some wrong in formation, going to college for a coarse is not a NVQ. Any NVQ can be achieved in an 8 week timeframe provided you can supply the evidence to the assessor.

An NVQ is not training but an assessment of your competences eg what you can do
