I don't work weekends, ok I lie I've done 2 Saturday's in the last 2 years
But I'm the one who quotes & books the work in, so if I was too busy working 7 days a week it would be my own fault.

Most people I know are scared to turn work down & will go & view work & price it up knowing full well they haven't got time to fit it in. Then they get the jobs & are snowed under & stressed out, but they are to blame, it's a juggling act & knowing when to say no to work or quotes.
Don't get me wrong i've done it myself in the past but now I turn more down than I take on lol
Something else always turns up.

Ripping people off? Ain't that mate it's just business, a price is a price customer decides whether to accept it.

I'm on a job at the moment some structural work needed big company comes in £1750, customer was going to go for it not to hold up the job I told him it was way over the going rate, we got the official installer to do it for £300 plus VAT.

Theres in example for you, customer maybe in a rush so pays over the going rate.

You go on at me and get all these 'likes' from your bumchums about how to run my business when none of you have got a f**king clue.
