No, I'm saying cut the waste which is huge, this then gives them more money for the frontline, not less.

You said they know the wage when they signed up so you still think they should be on that wage for life? You admit loads are not taking positions and that's because of wages and conditions so you are saying money shouldn't be spent. It needs an over haul from the top down and that includes pharma companies and their rip off charges. You are not coming up with any solution apart from get rid of more staff i.e. Middle managers. Show me your proof or even any link that says they are not privatising the NHS? I've answered the question in another thread but for you I will tell you again, both governments voted for the war with some voting against it that's how it works. May voted for it corbyn didn't and may still won't admit it was a wrong decision.
