Are you going? I really hope frampton does him. I was watching some old Kevin mitchell fights last week and some interviews too. Didnt realise how bad his speech has got. Alot slower and starting to slur his words now. I hope he calls it a day. Hes had some cracking fights but he just hasn't got that extra bit to get him a world title. Would be a shame for him to take another beating.

I just used a tall bucket and attached 3 long bristled brush heads in a triangular fashion to the inside (obviously) and half filled with water and then just plunged it up and down while whisking. It worked great.

The hammer was a great wee boxer. But I think your right. 43 fights I can't see him go on. U have to give it to him though he had some great tear ups.

Any of the English blokes I've been talking to want frampton to win. And the Irish blokes what quigg to win. Lol. Am going for farmpton. But it is a 50/50 fight.

I don't know any of the team. But I know a mate of mine that does. He has a signed picture from frampton and a note to my mate from frampton on the picture. I'll say it to him.

Frampton gloves are surprisingly cheap. I can get them for £35 i think. My lamotta glove was about that too.

All we do is put some sharp sand in the water, stops the muck sticking to the bottom off the bucket as well

He should of got up at 7 tbh. But he did well. It was a good fight. Best of the night so far

We also use a 25 litre tub like a union or sbr one cut the top off but just enough to leave the curves at the top if you know what I mean, limits splashing
