I use an adjustable spanner on the machine end mat lie it he machine on the floor so the spanner rests on the floor then with both hands hold the bottom of the paddle an try an twist it off that way
Put a torch on it for about 30 seconds, moving round constantly, then two wrenches one on the floor the other one turn above and step on the top one. Otherwise do some pull ups and press ups and come back to it a month, )
