Sprayed EHI and left it overnight, this morning it was still soft as, we had to I section and wait a good while before we could cut back, we are putting TV10 mesh in colour coat though, this must be holding it back! Any advice.
cant see why the mesh would hold it back - we put tv10 in every monorex job. maybe it just hangs longer over the maite - it is over a maite scratch coat yeah ? how thick you spraying the EHI
Tight coat on maite scratch then mesh and 12+mm of EHI cut back, just seems to stay wet for an age, it's like it only picks up when in contact with the air, It's not a problem it must be more lime content than cement.
It would make sense that EHI has more lime than standard monorex this will help keep it light and reduce cracking or forge hairline cracking but it is also modded as far as i know. Parinter is not a co poly so aint ideal for bonding to insulation
