Patchy rendering?

Last week I had this silicon rendering done on my extension and it looks very patchy and I am not happy. Can I ask for your advice on whether I should be asking him to redo the top coat and fix it to make it look better/more even?

Looks like the tops coats been applied and not floated, it needs redoing! Most likely by someone else
