Labour let all the Eastern Europeans so there was plenty of cheep labour to build all the Olympics b*ll***s and it became an uncontrolled beast as they spread to other parts of the country.but they did not care as long as they got there stadiums built within there unrealistic budgets .

Days of getting 15 long gone.agencies too greedy they know they have thick lumps willing to do it for peanuts so why pay more? Even at 10 an hour take out tax petrol for 8hr day lucky to see55!!so if you can get 15 an hour your list of spreads would be full!!bring back the contractors from ireland !lol
 
Things have gone to far now, we have blair to blame for this and been in the EU, which we have no say in because they dare not put it to a vote.
 
some agencies charge you £15 to get your pay they use a pay agency just gets better and better round them all up and shoot them
 
im currently looking for work, agencies are useless

i'v not used them for a few yrs but now im sure they place fake jobs up to get you to ring and register. i'm not even entertaining the jobs that offer under £10.00 its f**king pointless and im only willing to travel in a 30 mile radius, as i work alone now and cant afford the fuel.

the trade is dying a slow and painful death.

blair is nowhere near has bad has these cnnts that are in now!! just a good job that the cons have a little say in what the lib debs want and before you start, NO i dont vote labour! my local election paper got spoilt !!!!!

That would be the Labour government of the 60's then that you speak of and i think you will find that the blacks and other commonwealth countries were used to fill the massive void in man power in the boom years after the ww2 while the last labour government subjected this once great land to a ill thought out and under hand experiment of social engineering that would change the economic and cultural face of the UK forever .
 
Its all going to go tits up in the next few days, Greece aint got a goverment and those vaguely in charge dont want the bail out, ooh hang on you have already had one does that mean you have no intentions of paying any of the money we lent you back, France have a new left wing goverment who will not deal with Merkel not saying she is right but the only person in Europe with any format and now it seems all the Spanish banks are bankrupt, who is going to bail them out after what Greece are about to do,i mentioned this to my two labourers this morning and they never had a clue what i was on about all they were worried about is if i could sub them a score for a beer tonight, am i worried , am i fcuk.

the government is like a Taiwan clothing company, make loads of money treat the workers likes shite and pay them fnckall/make them pay loads back in taxes
 
Any goverment in power from 60's wanted us to sign over to eu.every gov said they would give us vote once they were in.none did they wont ask british people cos they see as children an yo just shut the feck up an pay taxes.greece spain ireland an italy all cooked thier books to get cheap loans an nobody watching over them properly.borrow n borrow an cant pay back wont pay back.just like a gambler turn the card over maybe this time it will work!!in 60's there were secret plans to become 51state of usa.i would have gone for that no problem rather than this spoilt greedy selfish lieing eu.only descent countries in it;uk an germany!!
 
On a positive note, think the most significant thing to happen with the global crisis is the way states are finding it difficult to politically implement their austerity policies. Simply put, people aren't lying down and just taking it. Just look at Greece and other countries or Iceland for that matter. Iceland refused to use public money to pay off the bank's debts. Greece could turn around like ecudor and just tell the IMF to fcuk off.

Resistance and Solidarity work. We've seen it with the sparks here. they got together and fought off the big building firms trying to deskill them and cut their wages.

Govt's are keen to make us believe that their 'we're all in it together' austerity is working, but it isn't. Their cuts are resulting in more unemployment and redundancies, but at the same time they aren't investing in any jobs. They're carving up our public services so their rich mates can make more money. In the end austerity is about makign more money for them and keeping the system going.
 
If you look at the actual figures, labour have put Britain into MASSIVE debt which is relatively/per capita higher than irelands. Ireland is one of the very few countries in Europe that exports more than it imports and has made massive leaps into repaying it's loans. Building industry still fecked there tho.
Britain is fooked cos some of its ex colonies turn up as "students" and go straight onto welfare. Also a high proportion of blacks etc in London and whites in shitty estates up north will NEVER work.

I won't even get into the Roma scenario :mad:

and when greece turns round and tells the IMF to do one the shite will hit the fan big time!!!! there are some very unstable people/companies/banks/countries that are owed stacks of cash from from greece that is why the IMF keep pumping money into the place! best thing to do would be give the cash to the people/companies/banks/countries that are owed money from the place and fnck em off!!!

and when BANKA go tits up thats spain fooked big time!! then the hole euro zone will crumble!!!!

The IMF and their mates are privitising everything in Greece, used to be called 'structural adjustment' i think, where they come in with some money on the condition that you give them all your utilities, social/welfare services. Remember when they did it in Bolivia, they tried to privitise their water. Fcuk me there was some riots back then.

Yeah you're right about things getting worse for us when Greece pulls out of the eurozone. Banks here will pay more to borrow money, so interest rates are gonna go up regardless. It's gonna be interesting times alright.
