That was one unit we did there was another one adjacent to it so it was a fire break,between the two ,there was about 10 pallets of 15mm fireline on jumbo stud ,4 warehouses in all adjoined together so where they butted up it was a 4 hour rating, it had to be jointed because skimming it would have been impractical, lots of t&j just me and a lad good job that one to be honest

LOL ....i was given the sizes of the tv and the speakers / amp / sub woofer thing ... and i was given a 2mm tolarance to work with , the customer wanted a 2mm shadow gap around the hi fi gear when fitted ...... dont ask why....

Yeah mate those photos were taken before it was sanded we sanded it with an electric sander then slurried the boards with primer
