Baked spud in oven 2 hours - nice and crispy,
(can’t stand them done in microwave)
Pile of salt & pepper & real butter
Tuna mixed with mayo (full fat), sweetcorn & peppers them black pepper.
The cold tuna mixed with hot spud...proper gut-filler
Balanced food diet and not too much = healthy :)

Tub a bit of olive oil on skin next time with a sprinkle of sea salt n crushed black pepper

Exactly good protein carb from potatoes fat to keep you warm over winter month. Skim one wall you burn that fat away no probs
 
Plant based diet

I try to stay clear of ‘skinny/diet’ products because they have other crap in them to replace the natural product.
Always full fat yoghurt, full fat butter and full fat milk - keeps you fuller for longer then your not snacking on crap. IMO - I’m no guru :)

Bloke who did kick boxer all personal trainer etc said everything he eats is full fat
