Plaster skim over old ceiling went off to quick and couldnt get a satisfactory finish is it ok to skim over again
you wont have to wait for the first coat of PVA to dry it will dry as soon as you paint it on!! id paint the first coat on with a mixture of PVA like its milk then get ready to mix up then paint a normal mix on, then jump straight on it!!!!!!!!!!!!do as i said, but make sure you pva it properly , maybe give it 2 coats of pva , but wait until the first coat of pva is almost , but not dry. apply skim 2 coats. should'nt really be a problem.
