Plaster Dust Exposure from sanding

Hi,
Has anyone been exposed to plaster dust that contains plaster of Paris and a joint compound mixture from sanding? I was in the home when the worker was sanding and was w/o a mask amd there was no ventilation. Was not aware of dangers until the work was completed after 3 days. I am very concerned.

Thank you in advance for your feedback.

That'll be the end of you I'm afraid.

What size boots did you wear? Were they in good condition?

It's just that mine are starting to go you see.

My microwave is on the way out too.
Can't believe you forgot to mention the radio Napoleon.

Ah, I see. I am a concerned mother of two only seeking information regarding the matter.

12/13 years exposure to all kinds of plaster dust including casting plaster and I’m still standing!

Not that I recommend breathing it in for years lol, but a couple of days shouldn’t have lasting dramas
Oh wow! Thank you for that. May I ask, did you wear a mask? Unfortunately, we did not and there was no ventilation. I suppose that is my concern. If you could offer your experience to that end., I would be most appreciative. Thanks again!

Very rarely do I wear a mask. Obviously these harmless nobheads here are winding you up! Please rest easy, you and your family will be fine. Open your windows and throw the hoover round. Then put the kettle on and enjoy your renovations

So you don't think that fine dust is harmful to young kids? Obviously nothing can be done about what has gone before, but going forwards with any refurb works the kids should not be coming into contact with this sort of dust.
Putting people's minds at rest isn't always the correct advice young (not so) Jessica. Now stop being a knob and wear a mask in future, good for you, good for us.

I said I don’t recommend breathing it in for years but it’s not panic stations is it!

Now go sit down….. take your pâté and crackers n s**t and go stare at your fish…. Go on!

You don't know much about kids health do you? My advice was much better than your "put the kettle on".
Now get back to preparing for another day of chancery.
Poor Bri.
Poor Si.
