Hi, we have recently moved into our new home and just noticed these very obvious lines coming through every single wall. They are completely flat to touch. If anyone has any idea what they are that would be great
Yep the bottom pic has shadows from a parallel window wall, but it’s the line through the middle on every single wall that I’m talking about. It definitely looks like a tape line. Unsure how to have it fixedShadows?
Yep it definitely looks like the plaster tape line. It’s just strange because we have sanded back a wall and had the paint rep out to repaint and prime and the line is starting to show through again 3 weeks on. Im unsure how to have it fixed, but as I said it’s every single wall and disappointing as it’s a brand new house@ tape /fill joins on boards

Joint cement, " Gyproc QuickSand" is what's required there .Joints need filling out more look hollow
Just go over the joints again, save yourself a lot of cash and hassle there.Very common with dry linning these days get them skimmed
They set the guns too light, or that was the case years ago.Very common with dry linning these days get them skimmed
