I had to go on a course about this when it 1st came out, we were told that you could carry waste you generated eg off cuts of board and left over plaster but not any rubble from chopping off etc., not sure if that's the case now though. The reason gypsum as to be separated is because if out goes in with general waste it gives off some gas that I can't remember.

I got pulled over by the D O E ,luckily my van was empty,opened the back doors and thought that's it, but the DOE guy run his fingers through the dust like it was a big investigation and the perp had evaded justice,he looked at me with me with the 'next time buddy ,we will have you look' bless him,

Better van is not having sign making on it otherwise DOE would target vans with plastering sign written on it lol

surely they have to prove its waste. offcuts of board could be used for packers etc and im pretty sure if you had bags of knocked of plaster. lumps of set excess plaster you could just say you're storing it to use as hardcore for a greenhouse base in your garden lol
