Yep still trying to find anyone...

college has said they dont have anyone they feel can be trusted to pass on!!! ( well that shows what waste of time college is)

and have had a lad say interested. but has done nothing about it. didnt even return my call

is there no newbies coming into this trade?

yup..., I have seen a lot of college leavers work... some are exceptional but the majority I have seen are questionable which is not good

Anything like the young ones here, not too Many them interested in working. Want everything handed to them, rather lie all day baked than do bit a work. Any that do usually just after beer tokens so once they get a few bob for the weekend thatz all they care about, miss days all around the place. Hard to get the these days mate

yup living for the now... there is going to be a shortage of trades soon enough I think due to the lack of younger people wanting to join the trade
