Plasterer wanted for 1-2 weeks in Totting Bec, London.

Hourly rate of £13.50 for an 8 hour day or £3.75 per sq m. Hourly rate is dependant on amount of GOOD work completed.

Can start Monday. Hard hat, hi viz and boots required but it is a very relaxed site.

Good opportunity for further work for the right person.

From what I hear, if your an unemployed spread in London at the minute there's a damn good reason so he probably won't want him around anyway.

It was having to provide your own hi-vis that done it for me, I'd get through 2 a day :RpS_laugh: !

If you'd take an hourly right over a decent meterage price, I can see why the his hourly rate would be crap.

Spoke to this guy earlier on facebook. Averaging 45m a day... Fair enough it's work to someone without but then no decent plasterer is short of work. Jobs with prices like this ruin the trade for everyone.

only got to buy a evening standard,there paying brickies £165.00 a day in london so spreads have got to be looking at £200 plus a day,get with it boy the tide is turning.

Experienced Site Plasterers Required for ongoing Contract work in Orpington and London area. Applicants must have site experience and hold a valid CSCS card. Applicants must also have an active UTR number. Rates £2.75-£3.00 per sqm Working hours are from 8am - 4pm These are empty flats with straight runs with beads already in place and only 2mm skim over plasterboard. We have other contracts around London starting and already running so this is an ongoing contract.

It would seem not all of london has found out about the price rise just yet, judging by job adverts like the one above.

You don't know that,each site is different, you are visualising long flat walls,low ceilings,not short runs ,bits and pieces, two hundred beads,bonding out etcetera, walls nt ready,frames not in...
