The op doesn't say what the 3.75 a m is for ,! Secondly you have to be on site to see if you could make money, ! It's like saying a cake is nice ,it depends ha ha

Really if that job was in Yorkshire I'd be all over it.. Easy walls and ceilings would cover 80m2 a day and be home for 3pm easy £300

We get nowhere near that on site. That's good m2 price sa long as its not high and full off angles

Should be £86 in the morning ,£86 in the afternoon,just greedy people out there good spread should be worth at least £180 a day, I was on a job 20 blokes got the sack coz they were not up to the job,we don't go through all the graft to get payed peanuts
