Hey up Church, I keep popping on here, not posted ewt for a while. All good here though, hope you're doing well.
 
At the moment don't think the service is that good, or the product or the after service Ryan has never answersed my last post and to be honest promised me things I never got, extra blade what ever because I had to wait crap product crap service.

Rumour is that we are swopping Kane and another and a bit of cash for Benteke we will see,my girlfriend cabbed Dembele last night and I said did he say anything no she said he just sat in the back on the phone, yeah and what was he saying, I don't know she said he was speaking Belgium,WTF Lol

Hi @lucius

To be honest I didn't see your post. I wasn't tagged in it etc so probably overlooked it. My mistake. I did ask you to call me though so I could talk things through with you. To my knowledge I have never had that call.

I have checked what was ordered and no extra Blade was sent out. The reason for this was there was no comment saying you were a member of T.P.F as I requested. The only comment that was there was 'a few extras please Ryan x'.

Unfortunately there is nothing we could really have done about this one, but if you could PM me your number or give me a call I will happily talk you through adjusting the blade so it is fitted correctly. 2 new blades will be delivered tomorrow.

I apologise that you aren't happy with the service but we are sticking to our end of the deal by sending the free blades out. Please in future give us a call so we can explain whats happened before putting it all over the forum when it isn't really deserved.

Ive just spent 25 mins posting on this and got logged out and lost the lot cant go through that again, Ryan rang me today and all issues are resolved product is now good and got some bits coming so all in all a good company just a communication prob, I did send a text to Ryan when I received the goods to thank him for promt delievery also when there was a prob but the number I have is a landline though the message was confirmed as sent?

You can send a text through to a land line, it will ring and when answered a computer sounding voice will attempt to speak the text...text to speak it's called I think
