Not always no but 9 times out of ten it is . The firms I sub to can cover the jobs they win because they've got the men pay weekly and are decent to work for

The Bulgarian guy was paying £9m float/set so I thought good areas with the ritmo make some money anyway we ended up putting some bits on to around 40mm asked for an up lift he said I’ll give you 50p I laughed and left so he then tried to tell everyone how s**t I was trying not to pay for the little that we did
He payed in the end as he didn’t have much of a choice really
But the guy is a f**k**g idiot mixing hardwall in a gorilla bucket and doesn’t even have a water butt or proper mixer ffs
Which personally is the bare minimum he should have
