It started like that for me with the inlaws, started with a new wooden floor as they are getting on a bit and wanted something stable, ended up being a whole kitchen refit, new rads throughout the house, new central heating, new flooring upstairs, new bathroom refit, shed replacements (x4) and laying artificial grass
