just been asked today to price up 11 new build properties,prices needed for midlands area ,tacking,dot and dab, finishing,
main contractors prices per m2

Ive just finished 14 new builds my own work labour only
d+d + skim £9 per
float +set £ 9.50 per
Tacking + skim ceilings £ 9 per
"    " walls £8 per
floor screed £ 7.50 per no prep
2.4 height 3 story town houses 2-3 beds average £ 3 500 per plot
