plastering is on its arse because the volume off work is still low simple as that if it s a demand driven game if there was lots of work it wouldent matter how maney spreads there was and when work gets stronge it wont matter what nvq s u have case in point i now a tradesman in the uk and he told me his boss wanted some carpenters so he says i now some some lads but the dont have all there tickets for tools and the like the boss says i dont care get them in here i need them and thats what will happen as work gets better
