Its just prefrence, at the end of the day buy what feels right and look after it.If your course is a succcess stick with your trowel till its nice and worn in, then treat your self to various different trowels and get them worn in,in my opinion you need at least 2 worn in trowles, if you drop 1 as i did a few weeks ago your ****** if you need to start filing nicks out during a set.

quick zip to the end of what is very probably the same old argument.... just for my tuppeneth...
was using a 13" tyzack preworn stainless last year, the one with the round, not the banana shaped handle... got it to that 'perfect' stage, felt perfect too, no scuffing etc...
then left the thing in another country... came home and bought a 14" tyzack preworn stainless but with the wooden banana handle..
f'ck me... 'what a bag of sh'te' says i for the first few weeks....
got used to it... now its as good as me old 13" tyzack ever was...

what I found funny, and heres the real reason for my tuppeneth....

me mates got one o them round handle preworn tyzacks, like me old one... and i put a set on with it few weeks ago.... f'ck me 'what a bag of sh'te' - says I.... :RpS_wink:

ideal father in law just gave me a tyzack 13" pre worn still gonna get a kit tho like most have said in other posts good to have a couple of trowels cheers all
