I have the same drill ,sounds and looks like its working fine mate , maybe you've just got use to a faster drill .

maybe mate so it does run slow then.. i fort it was smash a bag of skim in a few turns! wish i stuck to the older one as it was lighter and just seems to knock up quicker at £300 to upgrade £380 another waste of money on my behalf lol

used that mm29 mega mixer today, brilliant bit of kit and i didn't find it too heavy, solid as a rock, wouldn't like it to kick back tho, i reckon it would be 2 broken wrists.

i'v just dropped on with a mm30, 3 months old hardly used, £240. bargain.
mine is slower than my mate's mm21 but there's more power in the 30.
