Hi spreads.. chippie here who does plastering. Originally just used a ragni 16 inch rigid for laying on and a speedskim for flattening. After each job next day my shoulder would be sore as hell. Wet towelling stages and final polish up caused murder to my joints. Only just picked up s*p*r*lex 2 and used it for last wet trowel and final polish and next morning no pain at all. I did notice it was a lot less pressure required when polishing up compared to a rigid.
Originally I was going to purchase a s*p*r*lex as it had more flex but reviews mentioned that since the SF 2 had a firmer blade it would it allow you to use it earlier without compromising finish
Anyone using these flexi trowels? I know a lot of veteran spreads are against new tech but if it saves the joints its worth the money right?
