You could try using a clean scraper very carefully. But best to protect in future and clean them as you go

Yep, it was a school boy errer, to keen to get on i suppose.

The customer is a chippy/window fitter, he said he's tried solvent cleaner and other products and took him 2.5 hours to clean 3 windows.

Smash glass, then re glaze best.

Soap and water with glass scraper.. Go easy or you will scratch glass then 0000 wire wool and buff off.. 0000 wire wool is brilliant glass clearer but only use on clean (no grit) glass... upvc Plastic use upvc solvent cleaner with microfibre cloth and go easy again or you will take the shine of the plastic. Not easy to do that but some rub like a younger with his first stormer.. You don't want to do that
