Render concrete shed?

Hello ive got a concrete shed which has pebbledash on the exterior of the panels and is painted. Im after some advice if i can please, i want to know if i can render this? And if i can what would be the preferred product/brand to use cheers!

you can render over dash
I wouldn't know the answer if its been painted though

Busy stripping out my knackered shed right now to put one of these up as my supershed-cum-workshop/man cave. Ex-council garage panels. Some got damaged falling off the back of the lorry, so might end up rendering but it's not the plan. Jet wash up close might take the paint off?

You can use a product called Parex parinter that directly goes over the painted substrate, id recommend a stress test first. The issue for me would be the movement of the substrate, is it shuttered concrete or fixed panels ie screwed to some kind of subframe ? As said pictures are better here.

Apologies for the lack of pictures and info, it is in fact my nans shed and i just thought id ask the question, due to the kick off i haven’t been round in a while to to take any pictures but i will hopefully tomorrow, it is a concrete prefab building. The concrete sections are vertical and are secured together on the inside with mechanical fixings, theres no subframe within the shed, and as i mention the pebbles/chippings on the exterior are painted, from knowledge they are solid and take no prisoners thanks alot lads for the help.

As Owls above has said, you need to clean the paint first then give it a coat of Parex Parinter Full meshed. You can try and leave it flat then either paint it or apply a silicone render on top of it. But it will probably crack on the panel joints and there will be other problems to overcome like at the top of the panels. I would avoid this job and paint it again.
