Not sure where it comes from mate originally ,it's just the plastering sand that comes In jumbo from my local merchants.

Would you notice much difference with using lime and not using lime. Do u put the lime or cement in first

Not sure mate was taught to put it in the top coat so never done it with out, it works for me.

No it is all over my phone is sheite so you cannot see it properly but up around windows on 1st floor you can make out what would have been the bottom of cups, saucers and jars
