Has anyone rendered with sbr in the top coat before? I am finding it drags and the finish isn't too clever anyone got any tips?

Silver sand? Have you sbr,d the wall beforehandwere doin a job at the moment which is just faceing up over the top of exsisting render and quoins and the gear weve been asked to use is kild dried sand cement a dash of water then loads all sbr untill its to a creamy yet stickey consistency, it only goes on real thin but i think it rubs up a treat, although i am the only one on the firm that likes useing it so ive just been left there on my own to plod along with it
Yes mate i never really rub-up now just trowel,no straight edge's, i'am trying to come -up with my own product based on this material for pools, did you know that the SBR actually speeds-up the set of the cement ? from about 40-50 mins to 15-20 mins ?.......
