thats cleared few things up. ive just priced for a res ceiling. didnt have a clue what i was pricing. i priced for.normal mf ceiling. so if its a case of a screw in a joist im.laughing

It's very quick and easy so if it's decent areas you will be £££ in,

We told guy to get 25mm screws for 1st layer he got 35mm..he went or there will do lol

They would as long as you mark your boards where the joists are and don't fix there. More unnecessary work for you though.
