I need a risk and method for a plastering and rendering job. Any help?

Risk assessments and method statements? If so they should be site specific but you will be able to print/copy and paste a template of each and fill in the blanks,they're not that difficult especially if you know your trade,they don't have to be elaborate just to the point.
