Used my ritmo today and kept on tripping, pressure was bang on,

It sounds maybe the material was stiff. This will explain how it took longer to travel the pipes and therefore more water was added at the mixing chamber.
This also explains what seems like intermittent air flow. Was is like every now and then it pops at the gun and then returns to normal for a bit before repeating the pop.
What was youre pressure guage reading when the material was running through.
Does your mortar pressure guage rest on zero when the machine is stationary

Any ideas guys on why ritmo stops spraying material but air still running?
Have to reset machine to get gear running again

Yer your over loading the motor, what amps is it running at

We were running about 12 bar, I spoke to Ian a couple of days ago and he talked us through it I think the hopper was wet and caused build up of gear on sides thus putting strain on top motor.
Does that sound about right?

Amps jumped up to 12k instead of the 6-7k

Amps far to high, your either running gear to stiff or your bridging as ian said

Gear was bang on bacon roll!!

I would say material built up on the sides of hopper, thanks for advice guys
