**** me rendex you don't ask much how many jobs do you go on where you can spray 120m every day

it will do it but for that amount of material the 3 phase pump is better. i prefer the ritmo l as its a bit more powerful and the rot stat are cheaper now.

We've go two g5s which are superb just wondered if ritmo could handle it as I'm jarred off with humping in and out of vans
 
i sprayed a 60 mt gable with my L whilst another gang did the opposit gable. we took 30 minutes longer. my gang was me and 2 apprentices. they were 3 spreads.

get 2 ritmo s is best :RpS_thumbsup:

thats why i use mine so much cos its easy to move around

I'll call u tomorrow Ian.a lot of it is rough cast so I was thinking g5 for base coat and ritmo for wet dash but if the ritmo can handle base coat we might look at getting two
 
in 2 passes it will be just as quick as a 3 phase. ritmo pumps 14 lts which is plenty for 8mm base coat. turn the speed down to bout 6lts and texture away

a d6_3 pumps about 20 lts which may be a bit quick for base coating. so a d4_3 will give you bout 12 lts is better suited
 
Hi Bobby, the L runs a 2.2kw motor, this would pull too many amps for 110v. With any machine its all about managing the amps, so this is why 110v machines like the M run 1.5kw motor.
 
Never used a machine but getting very intrested after reading about them on here, i do mostly domestic and commercial properties not massive meters that often, but can the Ritmo lay on sand cement traditional mixes ? as bagged stuff sounds a lot more expensive is it not just for k rend and other bagged mixes ? And is there any training & demos on them available . Diolch.
 
Only products out there are CPI and webers OCR.
CPI is around twice as much and OCR around 3 times more expensive than supplying the traditional way.once you have cracked using the machine you have to look at saving money through being quicker
 
Thanks mate have you got show room type place ? and are you upper killay before cattle grid onto comon on right in old builders unit used to be rees`s place i think ?
 
yeah that us. we have a few machines up there. can do a demo no problem. What products you interested in spraying.
 
External scratch coating sand&cement preferably as well as info on spray base coats and all finishes fine down & dashing & k-rend, is most called for. Plus int floating / base coats and skim floor screeds etc most traditional stuff really and keen to learn any new stuff out there i have`nt used any pump n spray machines so if i can get my head around it all then defo intrested in getting on it. Smudger keep doing it by hand, if you've got loads of houses to go at fair enough, sand cements like skimming you get so much on then you have to finish it if you hand apply you always know what you're doing if you spray it you're going to be chasing it, monos mint it's what there best used for, don't get over exited about them there alright but you tbh there more of a luxury unless you're using monocouche all the time
 
Thanks for input spunky fair points but i like to try and get to grips with anything ive not done yet on jobs to either use now or for future ref incase i have a use for it later.
 
You also have to remember you have to load/unload it feed it fuel replace rotor and stators at 150 quid each extra masking takes an hour etc, is it really worth it on smaller jobs
 
dont listen to him smudge he gets like this same time every month. Depends what machine you have rotors and stators are bout £100 and last 20 ton plus if used right. The bigger machines are a chore to shift but we not girls are we ? Ritmo can be carried around with one hand and left in the van if you're not using it. Masking takes ffuck all time. get your bitch to do it while you bead.
I use mine all the time on all sorts of jobs. me and a apprentice and i would never go back to doing it by hand.

The Ritmo`s im intrested in seem to brake down into easy to handle sections for shifting about, whats the difference between them -L-M-etc ? if they pay thier way ive got plenty on for them just need to do a bit of research and see first hand what they can do first . And my bitches learn fast too thats why were the best in the west :flapper:

It is the back up you need mate ,when the **** hits the fan ,and you are looking at that orange machine in front of you and want to kick the **** out of it , the man at the end of the phone is important , trust me , best of luck
