Looking to use it with 1 spread and a lab, hardwall in the morning then skim the whole room from mid to late morning then prep for remainder of the day.
 
You won't be spraying on to hardwall mate.

I also have to say that unless there are large areas for skimming then it is not quicker then by hand and if you do do small area ie cupboards ect it is diffcult to spray and finish.

If you are considering buying to just skim and think your going to make loads of money in houses etc then you won't.

Commercial work your laughing though :)

hi scissors I like MP finish although preferred there universal board finish. It ok to apply by hand once you get used to it. As for the machine I think it's a great bit of kit when used properly, one guy on the demo knew what he was doing and one guy was still learning himself and think he was spraying to thick IMO because there were lots of air bubbles that were a fooker to trowel out but on other areas that the more experienced guy sprayed it left a good finish. As for being quicker I can't really comment but can see potential and I'm still looking into it.

The Ritmo M 110v and 230v have the same specifications. If you want to see a demonstration with different products you can come down to our depot in Wales. Just bring the products you wanna see being used. I can advice you on how to get the most from a plastering machine with different applications. i.e monocouches, traditional pebble dashing systems, 1 coat cement and sand stucco, Hardwall and set etc etc.

Machine plastering is much ado about replacing higher paid operatives who would be laying on and mixing daily with a machine and lower paid operatives such as trainees etc.
Its not always about "being faster by hand" and more about using the time saved laying on and mixing to prep and advance the job further. IMO

What would you spray for traditional dashing ? Not to clued up on bagged renders etc , would save a hell of a lot of time when doing sand cement work and wanna look into it for the future :-)

Hi, I see this post is from 2013 but I'm looking for a machine the sprays skimcoat & would love to see a demonstration. I live in Ireland

It does spray hardwall with the adaption kit or 'render setup'. To be honest, we weren't promoting the M100 for hardwall or render as we always stated 3 phase machines are more suited. I think that post was just a typo as we have always had it

Due to demand we offer both versions
