I know its the least of the problems but i hate it when people dont clean off the verge tiles/soffit. Can ruin a good job.

Also when people don't flatten in dash under sills. Another small detail that makes a big difference.

I know. I spent two hours cleaning anx scraping windows and tiles

Not even made an effort to scrape the head lol,talk about misses!a miss the size of a ten pence piece on a 50m gable is enough to ruin my day.
