sorry if this topic has been covered already! I have been renovating my property over the last few months boarding every room then having it skimmed. In the kitchen it doesn't seem like small areas around the window and door are drying. It almost looks like the beads are bleeding through the plaster. Theres no damp or ventilation issues, no cracks in brickwork or silicone around windows. Proper ventilation throughout the house when the plaster in all the rooms was drying and the heating has now been commissioned for 2 months. The plaster is fully dry throughout the house just the issue attached in the photo. the decorator said if i use oil based primer around the windows it "should" be fine. Anyone seen or had this issue before on brand new beads?
