Go and have a look ont refina web site theve got some new skimming trowels like spats, from 4" to 1m long like h sections made from plastic and ultra flexible stainless, for plasters and special finishes
 
Yeah looks like a darby for skimming, they go up to £100 though bit pricey, be alright for ruling finish if it needed it
 
never seen them before mate ...........where would we use one?? are they for toughhide or spray finishes?
